Facade Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Façade Manager

Project – High Rise Residential  

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €75K - €80K + travel and bonus scheme

About the Company

Very busy Main Contractor who specialises in delivering high quality social housing and private housing developments

Project values range from €10M to €80M and developments are in excess of 150 units. The project is a high-volume apartment scheme split into multiple blocks. The frame is up and they need a strong façade manager to oversee the external aspects.

Applicants must have experience working on high rise residential projects.  

The Role

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet client standards
• Provide Technical support to the Project Team and host weekly meetings to update on progress
• Manage the successful installation and delivery of the whole building envelope
• Co-ordination of the supply chain procurement process
• Assist with build ability issues and value engineering related to the external envelope.
• Manage meetings with the design team and specialist contractors
• Oversee the relevant Site Managers driving the on-site delivery
• Maintain a continuous focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
• Deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or relevant Trades Qualification
• Strong Facades Background
• Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Façade Envelopes valued £1M+
• Experience coordinating multiple teams of site personnel and subcontractors
• Experience with Bricklaying, Rainscreen, Cladding, Curtain walling, Facades and Roofing systems is desirable.
• IT and standard industry software skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
