Facades Project Manager - Europe

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment are keen to speak with Project Managers with experience working in Roofing, cladding and facades Projects.

Job Title – Project Manager

Job Location – Will be travelling between Leinster and Europe.

Salary - €70,000 - €75,000

About the Company    

One of Ireland’s leading specialists in roofing, cladding and façades. The company does extensive across Europe and Ireland and deals with all major construction contractors across all sectors including digital technology, commercial, retail, and healthcare.

The Role and Responsibilities

• Able to take the job out of the ground and see it to hand over
• Successful candidate that is on the site full time working the job.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Will have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to achieve strict deadlines
• Will be safety conscious
• Ensuring quality of works

Job Requirements

• Experience in data centres / pharmaceutical and commercial is desirable but not essential
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Proven experience and track record of managing projects from inception to completion
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience working as a Project Manager on building projects
• Be proficient in Microsoft project and all aspects of managing a programme
• Experience of leading a team of Site Managers, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors
• Experience reporting into senior management level on commercial and delivery issues
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
