A leading Pharmaceutical Company based in Dublin have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Calibration Technician to join their ever-expanding business.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Responsible for the pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities of all company equipment.
  • Calibration and fault finding of plant items.
  • Maintaining and installing various electrical pharmaceutical equipment.
  • Support the team in the planned maintenance and calibration execution, defect fixing, recording and execution of improvements of issues of an electrical nature, including facility, chillers, and HVAC systems.
  • Fault find and investigate on a host of various electrical systems.
  • Ensure maintenance plans and targets are achieved.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve engineering processes. 
  • Drive improvements in the performance of facilities and calibration.
  • Responsible for the safe planning, coordination and safe operation of all plant required for the support of all Calibration and Facility roles.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • The individual should hold experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • They should have good knowledge and hands on experience as a Calibration/Maintenance Technician.
  • Be a fully qualified Electrician.
  • Previous experience working with chillers, HVAC systems, water treatment plants etc is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Automation processes and workings.
  • Electrically biased individual.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Motivated and positive in work.
  • Have the determination to get jobs done.
  • Have a logical approach to solving problems.
