Facilities Manager – Belfast

Facilities Manager. INFORM3 is working on behalf of contractor to recruit a Facilities Manager. They are a growing business that specialises in refurbishment schemes; with a mixed portfolio of buildings generally ranging in value from £10,000 to £250,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for concurrent contracts, overseeing a varied scope of building renovation, repair and refurbishment works. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a smaller team for a company that is experiencing sustainable growth in the Belfast area

The Opportunity

• Commercially aware, responsible for concurrent projects in Northern Ireland
• Manage contracts from award; pre-planning, programming, site set up, progress reporting, managing supervisors, trades and sub-contractors, liaise with commercial team to client handover
• Knowledge of forms of contracts
• Attend site visits/ meetings
• Responsible for health, safety and quality

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the management and administration of all service contracts, managing the facilities team, reporting to senior management on key data and metrics as well as contributing to the budgetary control with specific relation to Facilities.

Your Background

• Construction industry experience, preferably with a track record of managing concurrent refurbishment projects
• Good communicator and client facing skills
• Good I.T. skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
