Our client is currently recruiting a Field Service Engineer for their Service Department. This role would be based in their office in West Meath but would involve frequent travel throughout Ireland and the occasional trip outside Ireland.

You would be reporting to the Customer Support and after sales manager. The role comes with a generous package including, Bonus, on-job training and a competitive salary.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintenance and servicing of robots in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
• Provide an efficient and professional service to customers.
• Provide training to staff and customers in robotic maintenance and operations.
• On-Call work as required.
• Support on-site operations as required
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.

Key Skills

• Mechanical Qualification (Advantageous)
• Experience working in the Robotics Sector (Desirable)
• Read and understand technical drawings
• Able to identify and diagnose problems
