Finishing Foreman - €10M - Dublin

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – €10M Commercial Fit Out

Job Location – Dublin City

Salary – €65K - €75K + Package

*Salary negotiable depending on experience*

About the Company

Dublin based Main Contractor who are well established in the residential & commercial sectors. Projects valued up to €100M.

The successful candidate will be working on a high-profile commercial project in Dublin City. This is a permanent position with a steady stream of work in the Dublin area.

Applicants will ideally have a strong background in managing internal packages for commercial projects.

Intense M&E, Lead Lined Walls, High Value Equipment etc.

The Role

• Report to Project Manager and Site Manager.
• Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure finishing is to a high standard and works are coordinated to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Hold weekly toolbox talks to delegate work according to the programme.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage a team of finishing foremen, carpenters, joiners and ensure all works are high quality.
• Report to the Clients and Directors where necessary and provide updates on the project’s status.
• Manage and drive labour force and ensure productivity levels are at a high.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to on site.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Finishing Manager/ Finishing foreman.
• Proven experience of finishing/ fitting out commercial jobs
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry/ Joinery)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
• Healthcare Experience desirable.
