INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Hospital

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary – €55-65K

About the Company

Tier 2 Main Contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality projects across Dublin.

The Role

• Report to Project Manager and Site Manager.
• Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force to ensure productivity.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to on site.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme and not fall behind.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
• Experience working on a healthcare/ hospital project.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
• Trade background desirable.
