INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Residential Project (Apartments) Commercial (Hotel)

Job Location – Dublin

Salary - €45K- €55K

About the Company

Working on Residential and Commercial Projects in Dublin for bust main contractors.

The Role

• Manage a largescale construction site.
• Finishing of 150+ rooms and 400+ apartments.
• Lead a dedicated team through the project.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project.
• Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a finishing foreman.
• Trade’s background – carpentry.
• Experience working on residential projects.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
