Finishing Foreman - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Residential project

Job Location - South Dublin

Salary – €70K

About the Company

Very busy Dublin based contractor who do both residential and commercial projects. The project is just coming in to finishing stage, so would be ideal for someone. There is approximately 9 months left on the project.

The Role

• Report to Project Manager.
• Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
• Trade background desirable.
