INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Hotel Development

Job Location - Dublin 1

Salary – €50k - €60k

About the Company

Hotel Development in City Centre valued at €16M. This would be a full time / permanent role with a busy main contractor in Dublin.

The Role

• Report to Project Manager.
• Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Attend and host meeting to update team members on the progress of the project.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
• Proven experience in finishing high density residential projects is essential.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Fit out experience essential.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
