Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Residential & Commercial Projects

Job Location – Dublin

Salary - €55K - €65K

About the Company

Working on and commercial projects with an award-winning Main Contractor in Dublin and the Surrounding areas.

The Role

• Being present and contributing to Toolbox talks.
• Supporting the Site Manager with H&S and Compliance on site.
• Manage Man power and materials on site to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Ensure that team members on site are completing works to a high standard.
• Motivate a team and ensure productivity levels are high.
• Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman.
• Experience with both commercial and residential projects.
• Trade’s background – carpentry.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
