Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Job Location: Kildare

Sector: Industrial

Salary: €60k - €65k

This particular project is for the industrial sector. They value team work and are fully committed to a safety-first attitude in everything they do. Ambitious business who also look to support the Community. Have been involved in projects worth €10M-€28M. Project has commenced.

The Role

• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably on large sites
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Experience in industrial or residential projects
• Experience in management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills
