Finishing Foreman - Offaly

Inform3 are recruiting for a construction company with over 20 years’ experience mainly in the West of Ireland. They also have been. awarded Safe-T-Cert accreditation. They cover new builds, renovations, extensions and groundworks for the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors. Generally available in Galway and its neighbouring counties. Would work on projects of €100k-€10m. This particular project is commercial with the role lasting 4 months.

Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Job Location: Tullamore, Offaly

Salary: €55k - €60k

Sector: Commercial

The Role

• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Experience in commercial projects
• Experience in management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills
