The Company - Main building contractor based in Co Down who undertake projects such as Apartments, refurb, housing and education work. This contractor is extremely reputable and forward thinking in their approach. The come from humble beginnings and realise what it takes to get the project over the line on time and budget

Job Title                       Finishing Foreman

Job Location                Belfast

Salary                          £35k - £45k

The Role

• Working on the internal package
• Reporting to the PM
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Carpentry / joinery background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
