The role  INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to work on a number of high-profile landmark projects that influence the way people live, work and play.  These projects range in sectors including commercial, residential, hospitality, data centres, industrial, healthcare and pharmaceutical. 

The role will be to manage the day to day finishing out of these projects, based around the greater Dublin area, reporting to the Site Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Compiling labour allocation sheets for Bennett direct and hired labour
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Dealing with all health and safety issues on site
• Providing clear leadership and direction, to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner is essential

Job Requirements 

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in at least one of our key areas - commercial, residential, data centres and hospitality 
• Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
