Finishing Foreman - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a busy main contractor with over 30 years’ experience. They work on a large range of projects in a variety of sectors including residential, retail, healthcare, hospitality, leisure, fit-out and refurb. This particular project is an €8m residential project.

Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Job Location: South Dublin

Salary: €60k - €65k

Sector: Residential

The Role

• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as Finishing Foreman
• Residential experience preferred
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Experience in commercial projects
• Experience in management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills
