Finishing Foreman - Louth

Inform3 are recruiting a Finishing Foreman for a Louth-based developer who have built a reputation for high-end designed homes in charming well landscaped quality developments.

Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Job Location: Louth

Sector: Residential

Salary: €60k - €65k

The Role

• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as Finishing Foreman
• Carpentry background
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Experience on residential projects
• Experience in management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills
