Finishing Foreman - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a top tier 1 Contractor who are working on many different high-value projects in Dublin and Ireland. This particular project is a residential development in North Dublin with handover coming in 3 months. Further projects thereafter.

Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Job Location: North Dublin

Sector: Residential

Salary: €65k - €75k

The Role

• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as Finishing Foreman
• Carpentry background
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Experience on residential projects
• Tier 1 experience preferred
• Experience in management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills
