Finishing Foreman - Dublin

Job Title – Finishing Foreman  

Project – Residential  

Job Location – Kildare

Salary – €60-€65K + bonus

About the Company

My client is seeking two Finishing Foremen for residential projects in North Dublin.

• One housing development 200 + units
• One Apartment development 150 + units

They are one of Leinster’s bigger property developers and all projects are strictly residential. They are keen to chat to Finishing Foremen with experience working on high density residential developments.

This would be ideal for someone who is currently working as a Trade Foreman or Site Supervisor who is keen to progress into professional site management.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the first and second fix of a residential development.
• Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Site Manager
• Oversee and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
• Managing sub-contractors, finishing trades and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget.  
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role in ROI.
• Experience working with a Main Contractor is essential.
