INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Residential project (houses)

Job Location – Laois

Salary – €55K - €65K

About the Company

My client is a reputable Main Contractor who specialise in delivering high standard of residential developments including houses and apartments across ROI.

Phase 1 is staring in the coming weeks and will be ready for first fix in about 8 weeks. My client requires a strong Finishing Foreman to coordinate all internal packages.  

Immediate Starts available.

The Role

• Report to Project Manager and Site Manager.
• Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Oversee the procurement of materials required for the successful delivery of the project.
• Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
• Manage multiple teams of trades from first fix to handover.  
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman with a main contractor or developer in ROI.
• Must have experience delivering residential developments with 20+ units.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
