Finishing Foreman - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a top tier 1 Contractor who are working on many different high-value projects in Dublin and Ireland. This particular project is a residential development in Dublin City with further projects in the pipeline.

Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Job Location: Dublin City

Sector: Residential

Salary: €75k - €90k

The Role

• Co-ordinate and manage subcontractors
• Ensure that all work follows safety procedures
• Attend meetings on a weekly basis
• Keep track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and make note of all site activities
• Assist with the control of equipment on site
• Maintain QC checks

Job Requirements

• At least 5 yrs’ experience as a Finishing Foreman
• Background in carpentry
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Experience on residential projects
• Tier 1 experience desired
• Experience in management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills
