Finishing Foreman - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a Tier 1 Contractor who are working on many different high-value projects in Dublin City.

They are currently recruiting for Finishing Foremen with interviews being held in Dublin and London over the next month. The right candidates will get the opportunity to work on exciting upcoming residential, commercial and industrial projects up to €160m in value.

Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Job Location: West Dublin

Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 DOE

The Role

• Responsible for the day to day managing/supervision of site while reporting to the Project Manager
• Inspect works in progress/completed work to make sure complies with project specifications
• Monitor/raise/track variations on site in conjunction with Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager
• Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards, and delivering on time and within budget
• Ensure all materials, supplies, tools and equipment are procured in a time efficient manner
• Implement/maintain Health & Safety procedures
• Ensure all subcontractors and labour workers are managed in an effective manner.
• Handle onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner
• Create progress reports daily, ensuring significant information is communicated to the Project Manager
• Attending daily briefings, Record Daily site activities

Job Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in the role of Finishing Foreman
• Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
• Finishing experience on data centres preferred
• Have strong attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines
