INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

 

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Residential

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €60k - €70k

 

About the Company

An excellent opportunity for a Finishing/Fit-Out Foreman to work on a residential project for one of the largest Tier 2 contractors in the country. Finishing Foreman needed for new build apartments with 6-7 months until completion. Potential for future work with the contractor being very busy in the Dublin area.

 

The Role

 

  • Ensure that all work completed follows the safety procedures in place
  • Attend meetings
  • Maintain quality control checks
  • Assist in the controlling of on-site equipment
  • Finish internal building to a high standard
  • Manage labour force.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Report to Contracts Manager
  • Trade background desirable.
