Finishing Foreman - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Residential

Job Location – West Dublin

Salary – €60k - €65k

About the Company

An excellent opportunity for a Finishing Foreman to work on a residential project for a very busy contractor in West Dublin. Project currently on phase 2 and has scope for 4-5 years’ work with contractor.

The Role

• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Liaise with and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Maintain quality control checks
• Assist in the controlling of on-site equipment
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
• Proven record of working on high volume residential projects.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry)
