Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Educational

Job Location – Mayo

Salary – €60k - €65k

About the Company

Excellent opportunity to work for one of the busiest contractors in Connaught. The contractor is on the lookout for a Finishing Foreman to work on a modular school project. Excellent opportunity to find work in the West of Ireland

The Role

• Ensure that all work completed follows the safety procedures in place
• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards
• Attend meetings
• Maintain quality control checks
• Assist in the controlling of on-site equipment
• Finish internal building to a high standard
• Manage labour force.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Report to Project Manager
• Trade/Construction qualification
• Trade background desirable.
• Experience with Modular Construction would be desirable
