Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Residential

Job Location – Waterford

Salary – €50k - €60k

About the Company

A finishing foreman is required for a residential project in Waterford. The works all across Leinster on a range of residential developments. This project is a housing development in Waterford, Phase 1 is set to run until October 23^rd before Phase 2 commences. 1.5-2 years’ worth of work remaining. Excellent opportunity for anyone from a carpentry background looking work in South Leinster.

• Ensure that all work completed follows the safety procedures in place
• Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
• Maintain quality control checks
• Assist in the controlling of on-site equipment
• Finish internal building to a high standard
• Manage labour force.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Report to Project Manager and Site Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Trade background desirable. (Preferably Carpentry)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
