The Role The incumbent shall orchestrate the daily allocation of resources and exert authority over on-site labor and procurement of materials. They will dutifully maintain a daily site journal and pertinent weekly documentation, meticulously aligning with established company protocols. Day-to-day oversight and management of site operations shall be skillfully executed, encompassing supervision of labor, subcontractors, and the entirety of on-site personnel. Strict adherence to Health and Safety protocols is paramount. Contributing to the realization of agreed-upon production benchmarks, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in project management. Conducting corporate compliance and administrative procedures, alongside documenting the advancement and achievement of on-site operations, shall be integral to the role. Attendance and active participation in site meetings is expected and mandatory.
Requirements The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years' prior experience as a proficient Site Foreman. Adeptness in the realm of finishing is an indispensable qualification.
