Finishing Foreman - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – PCC

Job Location – North Dublin  

Salary – €65K-€70K + package

About the Company

Very busy Main Contractor based in the East working exclusively in Dublin on project valued up to €30M

My client had a fantastic growth period last year which is already set to continue throughout 2024 and require a strong Finishing Foreman to oversee the successful completion of a Primary Care Centre Development in North Dublin.  

The successful candidate will also get the opportunity to work on High Rise residential developments and commercial developments in future.  

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of construction activities on site.
• Oversee installation of internal packages and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trades Qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Finishing Foreman/ Finishing Manager.
• Carpentry/ Joinery background is desirable.
• Experience in commercial healthcare sector
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
