Finishing Foreman - Louth

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman   

Project –Residential - new build houses

Job Location – North County Dublin

Salary – €60K - €70K + travel package

About the Company

Working with a well-known Developer/ Contractor on a mix of residential developments in the North County Dublin area. Projects range in value from €30M to €80M.

This would be a great opportunity for a Finishing Foreman/ Foreman based in North Leinster/ Newry/ Armagh area to get guaranteed long-term work in North Dublin.

 Applicants must have experience working on projects with 100+ units.

The Role

• Support the Site Manager and Project Manager throughout the completion of the project
• Oversee the finishing of high-volume housing development
• Read and interpret drawings
• Manage different trade teams and subcontractors
• Update Site Diary
• Order materials as needed
• Spot issues before they may arise and implement a plan to quickly overcome them

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Finishing Foreman role with a Main Contractor or Developer in Ireland
• Ideally carpentry or joinery background with relevant trades qualification
• Experience working on resi developments with 100+ units
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
