Finishing Foreman - Dublin

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – Residential project (high density houses)

Job Location – North County Dublin  

Salary – €65K - €70K + annual bonus + travel + benefits

About the Company

Property developer based in North Leinster who specialise in delivering high standard of residential developments including houses, apartments and student accommodation.  Projects range in value from €2M to €100M+!  

Require a strong finishing Foreman for a brand-new development in North Dublin with 6-7 years of work ahead.

Ideally looking to speak to candidates who have experience managing all finishing trades on residential projects with over 100 units turning over high volume month – month.

The Role

• Report to Project Manager and Site Manager.
• Liaise with and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Oversee the procurement of materials required for the successful delivery of the project.
• Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
• Manage a team of trades from first fix to handover.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site/ Finishing Foreman with a main contractor or developer in Ireland.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry/ Joinery)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Proven record of working on high volume residential projects.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
