Job Title – Finishing Manager

Project – Residential – Apartments  

Job Location – Antrim

Salary – £35K - £45K + travel

About the Company

Working with a reputable Top 40 Contractor who specialise in delivering high standard social housing developments across Northern Ireland.

This project is a new build apartment development in Antrim running until summer 2023 with multiple sites lined up for after

Immediate Start available.

The Role

• Report to Site Manager.
• Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
• Manage multiple teams of trades to handover.  
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman with a main contractor or developer in the social housing market in NI.   
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
