Salary - €45,000 - €55,000

The Role
Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
Managing health and safety delivery on site
Attending weekly management team meeting
Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
Compiling labour allocation sheets for Bennett direct and hired labour
Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
Dealing with all health and safety issues on site
Providing clear leadership and direction, to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner is essential
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably within large sites
Experience in at least one of our key areas - commercial, residential, data centres and hospitality
Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
