Finishing Foreman - North Dublin - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – €50M+ Residential Project

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary – €60K - €70K + package  

About the Company

Brand new opportunity to work with an industry leading Contractor with a reputation for producing high standard, high volume, residential projects across the Leinster Region.

They are keen to chat to experienced Finishing Foremen about long-term work in the North Dublin region on a prestigious residential project.

Applicants must have experience in high volume residential / new build residential sites with particular emphasis on internals - from first fix through to handover.

This would suit someone from Newry/ Banbridge/ Dundalk/ Navan etc. Areas as all future work will be exclusively in North Dublin.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the completion of a residential project.
• Oversee the project and manage Internal packages, manpower on site including, direct staff, trades and subcontractors.
• Report to and support the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Attend weekly toolbox talk and whiteboard meetings.
• Read and interoperate drawings to ensure works completed are accurate.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification
• Proven record of managing internal packages on high volume residential projects valued over €30M  
• Ideally Carpentry/ Joinery Background
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with a Main Contractor
