Finishing Foreman/ Section Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Finishing Foreman / Section Manager

Project – Residential project (apartments)

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €60K - €70K

About the Company

Tier 1 Main Contractor in Dublin who specialise in residential and commercial projects valued up to €150M. The successful candidate will be working on a high-density apartment scheme with retail units ground floor.

The Role

• Report to Project Manager and Site Manager.
• Liaise with and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Manage a team of trades from first fix to handover.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Foreman with a main contractor.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Proven record of working on high volume residential projects.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
