Rightpath Construction Recruitment has a new long-term opportunity for a Finishing Foreman to oversee the internal finishes for a project in South Dublin. The company is a family run business and has been operating for over 40 years. This award-winning contractor has built up a highly respected reputation in the construction industry and will provide the successful Site Foreman a long-term career working throughout the Greater Dublin area. The structure and roof have recently been completed on the project and the requirement is for the Finishing Foreman to play a key role in the delivery of mainly the internals of the project. Site Foreman Criteria

• 10 Years' experience as a Site Foreman / Manager
• Sound knowledge of general construction
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Health & Safety awareness
• Experience in grounds work, brickwork and internal finishes

Site Foreman Duties

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Oversee the internal finished and some external works
• Working closely with Sub – Contractors
