Job Title – Finishing Foreman

Project – High Spec Commercial

Job Location – Wexford

Salary – €55-65K

About the Company

Very busy Dublin based Main Contractor with over 50 + years’ experience delivering both commercial projects and residential projects to a high standard. This Main Contractor specialises in refurbishment, conservation and fit out projects for reputable clients.

The Role

• Report to Project Manager.
• Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage a team of tradesmen and ensure productivity levels are high.
• Update the site diary and partake in toolbox talks.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
• Trade background desirable.
