Finishing Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting a Finishing Manager for a large Dublin-based developer who are working on a high-density residential development. Candidates must have experience working on large-scale residential projects. The project is valued at €55m and began in March.

Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Job Location: Dublin

Sector: Residential

Salary: €60k - €65k

The Role

• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably on large sites
• Carpentry background
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Experience in industrial or residential projects
• Experience in management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills
