Finishing Manager - School - Kildare

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title –Finishing Foreman

Project –Commercial Project  

Job Location – Kildare South

Salary – €60K-€70K + travel

About the Company

Very busy Main Contractor working on a mix of residential and commercial projects exclusively in the midlands.

Long-term work outside of Dublin for the right candidate.

The Role

• Report to Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure smooth running of the projects and to identify and overcome any issues that may arise in an effective and timely manner.
• Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis and ensure subcontractors have relevant and timely information.
• Assist the flow of information between team and subcontractors.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry)
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
• Trade background desirable.
