Finishing Manager - West Dublin - Dublin

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment are keen to speak with Finishing Managers for high value work in West Dublin. You will be working with a well-established Tier 2 Construction Company coming from humble beginnings to now working on projects of €60M+. This contractor is consistently one of the busiest construction companies in Ireland; They would also cover work across in the UK. Working in all sectors, there is sure to be a variety of projects to be involved in.

Project – Residential

Job Title – Finishing Manager

Job Location – West Dublin

Salary - €60k - €65k

The Role

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Dealing with all health and safety issues on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in residential
• Carpentry background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
