Fit Out Contractor Looking for Hands on Fit Out Foreman for projects in Tyrone and Armagh

Job Title – Fit out Foreman

Job Location – Northern Ireland

Project – Commercial / Retail

Salary - £35k - £45k

About the Company

Specialist Fit Out Contractor working across both UK and NI and Ireland. They cater for all industries such as hospitality and retail to name a few. They are involved in projects upwards of £15M

The Role

• Hands on Site Foreman
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Overseeing the fit out on various sections of the project
• Logging the snags on software

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Carpentry / joinery background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills
