Fit Out Foreman - West Midlands

INFORM3 Recruitment are working with a Specialist Fit Out Contractor Looking for Fit Out Foreman to oversee projects in the UK.

Your new company…. They cater for all industries such as hospitality and retail to name a few. They are involved in projects upwards of £20M. They focus on retail / shopfitting and commercial works

Salary                          £35,000 - £45,000

The Role

• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Overseeing the fit out on various sections of the project
• Logging the snags on software

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably within large sites
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Carpentry / joinery background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills
