Main Building Contractor Looking for Fit Out Foreman for Retail Projects across NI

Job Title – Fit out Foreman

Job Location – Northern Ireland

Project – Commercial / Retail

Salary - £40k - £45k basic salary

About the Company

Very reputable contractor based in Northern Ireland, working all over Ulster and doing the odd projects in ROI. They would specialise in commercial projects. Excellent projects for the CV.

The Role

• Working a rota of 4 days on, 4 days off (Nighshift)
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Overseeing the fit out on various sections of the project
• Logging the snags on software

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience
• Experience in commercial & residential
• Carpentry / joinery background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills
