Job Title – Fit Out Project Manager – Dublin City Centre

Project – Commercial Fit Out – Hospitality & Offices

Job Location – Dublin City     

Salary – €70K - €80K + package

 

About the Company

An established and well-respected Fit Out contractor who work on projects across Ireland and the UK require a Project Manager to run a number of commercial fit out projects in Dublin City Centre.

This is a Senior Role within the company, supporting the Director. The successful candidate will be required to work on site 2-3 days per week and in office in Dublin 2-3 days.  

 

The Role

 

  • Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet project deadline.
  • Manage the full construction lifecycle for fitout and refurb projects in Dublin City Centre.
  • Provide Technical support to the Project Team and overcome any issues that arise during construction phase efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Co-ordination of the supply chain procurement process to ensure construction phase can happen to programme.
  • Assist with build ability issues and value engineering related to the internal package.
  • Manage meetings with the design team and specialist contractors.
  • Oversee the relevant Site Managers driving the on-site delivery while ensuring productivity levels are high.
  • Maintain a continuous focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.

 

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects in the commercial fit out sector.
  • Strong Engineering / Trades / Building Background
  • Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Fit Outs valued £3M+
  • Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
  • IT and standard industry software skills
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
  • Experience of managing and developing a team
