Fit Out Site Manager/foreman

INFORM3 currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fit-Out to join an established contractor delivering high-quality commercial interior projects across London.
The company specialises in delivering bespoke interior solutions across the commercial, hospitality, retail and high-end residential sectors, undertaking projects from initial planning through to installation and completion.
The Role:
- Overseeing and coordinating fit-out works across commercial and interior projects.
- Managing site activities, subcontractors and installation teams.
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinating with project managers, design teams and other site personnel.
- Monitoring progress, resolving site issues and managing snagging through to completion.
- Ensuring drawings, specifications and project requirements are followed.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within commercial fit-out, interiors or specialist joinery projects.
- Strong knowledge of site operations, construction sequencing and interior finishes.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on quality and programme delivery.
