INFORM3 Recruitment are looking for fit out Site Supervisors on behalf of a main contractor from Northern Ireland - specialising in building, civils and fit. This contractor works all over Ireland and the UK, building large commercial projects in all sectors such as education and healthcare. Job Title                       Fit Out Site Supervisor

Job Location                London / NI

Salary                          £40,000 - £45,000 (Accommodation and flights Provided)

The Role

• Supervising the fit out aspect of the build
• Successful candidate that is on the site full time working the job.
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Management of H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained
• Will have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to achieve strict deadlines
• Ensuring quality of works

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable
• All rounder background in sectors such as fit out, building and civils is preferred
• Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
• The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
