Fit-Out Construction / Project Manager – Dublin

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Fit-Out Construction / Project Manager, for projects based in and Dublin, Meath and Louth. The successful candidate will work for a client who has been in the industry for over 55 years. The client is a specialist in producing projects that are within budget and produced within the time frame given whilst not foregoing the health and safety of staff.

As the Fit-Out Construction / Project Manager you will be experienced in managing multiple commercial, retail and educational projects.

Fit Out Construction / Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with sub-contractors and senior management
• Ensure to be point of contact for all of the client’s needs
• Creating and implementing project programmes
• Ensure projects are on time and on budget
• Attend sit progress meetings when appropriate
• Monitor and control the quality of projects
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed on each project
• Ensure projects are maintained in accordance with Health and Safety legislation
• Issue monthly reports and provide feedback to Directors
• Provide leadership to all of the project team

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• 7 years plus experience in a similar role
• Multi project management experience
• Relevant Safe Pass
• Extensive leadership skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and computer skills
