Fit-Out Foreman / Manager – Belfast

INFORM3 are seeking a Fit-Out Foreman / Manager to work on a number of industrial projects in the Belfast area. The successful candidate will work with a successful Construction Contractor with over 25 years’ experience. The client is seeking a candidate that is knowledgeable in the fit-out industry and specifically on industrial units.

Fit-Out Foreman / Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Project Manager
• Plan duties aligned with the Project Plan
• Be aware of specific requirements from the client
• Coordinate site teams, providing weekly tasks to complete
• Manage Machinery and Equipment
• Order in materials
• Complete the site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets and record of labour,
• Assist in any emergency situations
• Conduct inspections on site, reviewing quality standards
• Adhere to Health & Safety at all times and ensure all site teams follow regulations
• Carry out site inductions
• Complete site meetings
• Attend Site Management meetings

Fit-Out Foreman / Manager Specification:

• Fit-Out Management experience
• Preferably from a joinery / fit-out background
• 3 years plus relevant experience
• Experience in managing site teams
• Highly organised and effective communicator
• Keen eye for detail
• Full Driving License
