Inform3 are recruiting for a Fit-Out Foreman to join a specialist Fit-Out contractor that works across Dublin. The candidate should have previous Fit-Out experience in residential or commercial projects and have the ability to work off their own initiative.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to handle and execute client requests.
• Ensure that the companies quality standards are met.
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Report directly to Project Manager.
• Ability to work to specified deadlines.
• Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to.
• Carry out site inspections.
• Co-ordinate site meetings and file reporting for senior management.
• Co-ordinate equipment and machinery.

Job Specification:

• Full driving license.
• 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Competent on Microsoft Office.
• Preferably from a Fit-Out/Joinery background.
• Ability to manage and motivate site teams.
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.
