Fit-Out Project & Site Managers – NI, ROI, UK & Europe

INFORM3 are recruiting for experienced Fit-Out Project & Site Managers to work on various projects in NI, ROI, the UK & Europe. The successful candidate will work for a specialist client with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. The client is known for their award-winning projects and their continuation in producing high quality work. The successful candidate must be flexible in travelling as projects will vary with location.

Fit Out Project & Site Managers Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Contracts Manager
• Review and plan site activities aligned the Project Plan
• Coordinate with various teams on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete
• Conduct Site Inspections
• Review quality of workmanship
• Coordinate and Plan machinery, equipment and materials
• Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary
• Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
• Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately
• Liaise with the Client responding to requirements and ensuring job satisfaction
• Conduct Site Meetings
• Attend Management meetings
• Provide regular updates for Senior Management

Fit-Out Project & Site Managers Specifications:

• Construction Management Degree or extensive Site Management experience
• 4 years plus experience in a similar role
• Preferably from a Fit-Out / Joinery background
• Able to manage and motivate
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Driving License
