Fit-Out Project Manager – NI

INFORM3 are seeking to appoint a Fit-Out Project Manager, for a variety of commercial, residential and industrial projects. The successful candidate will work for a client who has been in the industry for well over 25 years and is recognised for their high-quality workmanship. The client is a specialist in producing projects that are within budget and produced within the time frame given whilst not foregoing the health and safety of staff.

As the Fit-Out Project Manager you will be required to visit various sites and will need to be flexible with travel.

Fit-Out Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Contracts Manager and Directors
• Create and implement project programmes
• Be the point of contact for the client and ensure their requirements are met and exceeded
• Liaise with other contractors when necessary and ensure all site teams have clear directions on their objectives
• Ensure each project is within budget and meeting deadlines
• Attend and chair Site meetings when necessary
• Monitor and control the quality of projects
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed on each project
• Ensure projects are maintained in accordance with Health and Safety legislation
• Issue monthly reports and provide feedback to Directors
• Assist in emergency situations
• Attend Senior Management meetings

Fit-Out Project Manager Specification:

• Construction Management Degree / Qualification
• Joinery / Fit-Out background
• 7 years plus experience in a similar role
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Extensive leadership skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Full Driving License
